Over the 3 years that I have had Stanley he has certainly developed quite a personality.  Even though he has kept the weight off he is still one of the clumsiest cats I have ever encountered.  His clumsiness combined with his overzealous attitude towards playing (and attacking)  have earned him the nickname "monster" which he recognizes and answers to as well as he does to his actual name.

That being said, he has also become an incredibly sweet and affectionate cat.  He takes every opportunity to curl up on my lap or right next to me and still gets along great with my  other cat.  As I mentioned earlier he has also kept the extra weight off and his fur is extremely soft and shiny.  I have included 2 pictures, one is from the other night and is one of the very rare pictures that captures him looking cute and calm.  The other picture should help explain how he earned the name monster.

Sorry it took me so long to follow-up but thank you again for setting me up with such a wonderful pet!  Based on the amount of purring I hear from Stanley I am sure he would echo my appreciation to you for finding him a home.
