more Morgan formerly Megan

Her new name is “Morgan” and she is just a doll.  She loves everyone and everything, on one of our phone follow ups I informed the woman on the phone that Morgan has her own kitten, Morgan’s kitten is now a 21 pound tom cat names Bob that she wrestles with regularly.  On her last vet visit she weighed in at 54 pounds, we had a lyme scare so everyone went to get put on antibiotics just incase.  She thinks she’s  a lap dog and loves to sleep in bed between us with her head up on the pillow on her back like a person, she’s hysterical.    We lost 2 of our 3 dogs last year, our 14 year old shepherd and our 10 year old Boxer, it was awful and Morgan didn’t take losing Koby our Boxer well at all, he was her favorite, he was so sick for so long… After Koby died Morg was so unhappy and acting out and not only she but we needed to adopt again, we adopted Morgan a little brother his name is Trevor and as irony would have it he was to be euthanized the following day unless he were bailed out of the shelter and he is a german shepherd boxer mix.  They are best friends and completely adore each other. She’s such a Daddy’s girl too, I’ve included a picture of Morgie and Daddy too.  She is such a happy healthy little girl and we love her to pieces.  We’ve never seen a happier dog than she we don’t think her tail ever stops, if you so much as look at her that tail is going a mile a minute.

My husband fenced the yard last fall to keep everyone in the yard where they’re supposed to be because someone, Morgan, loves to chase deer.  That fence is the best thing that’s happened to us in the past year, aside from Trevor.  Morgan and Trevor love to play outside and they now have a fenced in football field, nearly a full acre to run their little legs off in. She also loves hiking in the trails near our home that lead down to the reservoir, mud permitting we take them on a hike daily, our house slogan is “tired dogs are good dogs.” And we have 2 absolute nut bags in the house if they’re not exercised thoroughly every day.

I’ve attached some pictures of her so you can see how she’s doing.  She doesn’t hold still for long at all so some aren’t as clear as others.
