Subject: Maci and Kay

I am so in love with them both! Maci I can tell definitely needs an adjustment period. But I can already see a change in her. I actually stayed home yesterday (not that I stayed home just for them, but they definitely helped!) and Maci laid either behind my knees or in my stomach all day. She doesn't let many people get close to her, but she is slowly letting me. I can tell she needs space and I give it to her. I just had a break through with her though. I have kept them in my room and I just went in to go check on them. Maci was laying down and I went to pet her. She purred at me and kept moving her head for me to pet her more.

Kay on the other hand has adjusted very well. She wants to play with Maci, but Maci isn't there just yet.

I attached a few pictures of Kay sleeping on me last night and Maci just being silly. Hope you enjoy them!

They are doing so good! Maci is my buddy. She greats me at the door every day and then will follow me into every room I go. And when the mood strikes she nuzzles her little head up against mine. So not the same cat the night I got her. Kay is very curious and checks out every thing. She lets you hold her and cuddle with her. Both of them are exactly what I wanted. Kay had a little upper respiratory tract infection, but with meds, she is better now. And they play/wrestle with each other all the time. They definitely entertain me every night. Here are a few pics of them getting along.
