Esme - Esmeralda

Esme seems very happy; she loves to play but likes to cuddle sometimes too. When we first brought her home she had trouble jumping up on some high furniture, like the bed, and if she tried to carry a toy in her mouth she usually dragged it on the floor and tripped over it. Since then she has become stronger, more agile, and more aware of her body--has no trouble hopping up on the bed, the back of the couch, or carrying her toy mice all around the house.
 
Looking back at older pictures, I can see that she has definitely grown some since we brought her home as well. Here are a couple of recent ones, from last week. I received a gift that came in a cardboard box with tissue paper. She had LOTS of fun playing with it before I recycled it.
