Route 1 & 9 North Map Take Routes 1 & 9 North to East Grand Avenue in Rahway. Right on East Grand Avenue. East Grand Avenue veers to the left and becomes Barnett Street and then Lower Road in Linden. The Linden Municipal Garage will be on your right. Just beyond that, there will be a sign the says "Linden Animal Control". Turn right at the sign onto Range Road. A large gray building with blue stripes (Cooper Electric) is on the corner. Follow Range Road to the end. The Linden Animal Control Annex Adoption center are the trailers on the right. |

Routes 1 & 9 South Take Routes 1 & 9 south to East Scott Avenue in Rahway Turn right onto East Scott Avenue right before McDonald's. Turn left on first side street. Turn left onto East Grand Avenue. Cross over routes 1 & 9 at the stop light. (Stay in the right hand lane.) East Grand Avenue veers to the left and becomes Barnett Street and then Lower Road in Linden. The Linden Municipal garage will be on your right. Just beyond that, there will be a sign that says "Linden Animal Control". Turn right at the sign onto Range Road. Direction from the Garden State Parkway Northbound Take the Garden State Parkway exit 135 - Clark/Westfield Keep to the right and follow the curve directly onto Brant Avenue Get in the left lane and turn left at the light onto Westfield Avenue. Follow Westfield Avenue and cross over St. Georges Avenue. Westfield Avenue becomes West Grand Avenue and then East Grand Avenue in Rahway. Cross over Routes 1 & 9 at the stop light. (Stay in the right hand lane.) East Grand Avenue veers to the left and becomes Barnett Street and then Lower Road in Linden. The Linden Municipal garage will be on your right. Direction from the Garden State Parkway Southbound Take the Garden State Parkway exit 135 - Clark/Westfield Keep to the left and enter the circle. Go through the yield sign on the circle and pass the GSP southbound entrance. Take the next exit off of the circle onto Brant Road. (There will be a HOSPITAL sign there.) Stay in the left lane on Brant Avenue and turn left at the light onto Westfield Avenue. Follow Westfield Avenue and cross over St. Georges Avenue. Westfield Avenue becomes West Grand Avenue and then East Grand Avenue in Rahway. Cross over Routes 1 & 9 at the stop light. (Stay in the right hand lane.)
