Hi FOLAS!

Here's our Happy Tails story.  It's been a year in the making but
better late than never!

We adopted Cassie a little over a year ago (Oct 19) from the Linden
Animal Shelter.  My boyfriend (now husband!) and I knew she had some
emotional issues from her puppyhood and at first she was very fearful
and frequently submissive.  Slowly (and through lots of time and belly
rubs) she came out of her shell and learned to be comfortable in our
house and to have fun.  Now she knows she always has a comfy spot on
the couch and lots of extended family and canine friends to love her.
Cassie still has the sweetest disposition, though she sounds like a
hellhound when she's protecting our house from invaders (re: mailmen).
We're so glad we welcomed Cassie into our home and our hearts!
Here's a picture of Cassie welcoming her dad home from a long day at
the office.
