Hi,

Thought I would send you a couple of pictures of the "little cutie"!!!

He's doing really well.  He can "shake" whenever you ask him and Bill is teaching him to "speak" - he gets it every once in a while - soo cute.  He will sit when he comes in the front door now and wait for me to take his collar off.  We took him to our friends house - she has a year old female Boston Terrier - those two ran around the yard non-stop for about an hour - I think he was exhausted for 2 days.  He loved it.  We took him to the dog run in town yesterday.  He was very good - but the biggest great dane showed up and he wanted to play so bad with Barney - but he was young and very very clumsy - and I got a little afraid because of his size - so we didn't stay too long.  We'll have to try again during the week and hope for a "smaller" crowd!!!

He had 2 accidents in the house - but he's learning.  Most of the time he is excellent.  He sleeps all nite and we let him out around 6:30 and then he comes in bed with us an sleeps another hour or so.  The cat is adjusting - she is starting to come out more - we didn't see her for the first 2 days.  But at dinner last nite they both sat quietly around us - so that was good too.  He loves to curl up under the dining room table - as you can see in the pix.

Thank you again.  He has filled such a big void in our lives.

2 months later........
Just wanted to let you know how "not-so little" Barney is doing.  He is growing like a weed.

He's such a good dog.  We really enjoy him.  Can't get him to stop chasing the cat - but I guess that's normal.

I am sending you some pictures - so you can see how long he is getting and him with his favorite toy - it's a monkey you can shoot across the room and he loves to chase it.

Thanks
Donna
